M-43 service shoes

KARAKUBUY's USARMY service shoes M-43 "TYPE III". These boots called "TYPE III" are made with thick cowhide leather. The leather is used for the backing, sandpaper is used to make the leather surface uniform, and solid paraffin is melted and permeated for waterproofing. Exactly the same manufacturing method is used as in those days.
Just like the real thing, the flat cotton cord is coated with a specially formulated wax. It was suitable for use in the field, as it would be hard to untie when tied.
