"MA-1" is an outerwear for the US Air Force developed around the 1950s. There are many reversible models, and the lining is basically orange, which is a rescue color. The orange lining is called Rescue Orange, a practical detail that was developed so that the pilot who escaped from the fighter plane can wear it with the orange face up so that it can be easily found by the rescue team. The features of the MA-1 include comfort and ease of movement, excellent cold and wind protection, and a refreshing feeling on the shoulders thanks to the ultra-lightweight thermal insulation lining.
This item is inspired by the MA-1 and improved while incorporating traditional details. It has a silhouette that matches the body shape of Japanese people, and uses nylon fabric that is light, durable, and windproof, and has a simple design that makes it easy to move even in a narrow cockpit. The TPU material is treated with a water-repellent finish that repels moisture such as rain, so you can rest assured even in sudden rain or snow, and it has a highly practical finish. Ribs are placed on the sleeves and hem to keep the inside of the jacket warm as well as the flaps that block the wind from the outside.

時期的に綿が入った防寒着がメインの商品が多い中ではありましたが、薄手のものを探していたところこの商品に出会いました。MA-1タイプで色もスッキリしていて、アクセントのオレンジが嫌味なくて良かってので即購入 唯一の不満はポケットの容量がやや小さいことだけですかね、最近の大きめスマホを入れたり出したりするのに少し使いづらさがありました
お気に入りワッペン付けてオリジナル感！ 軽くて着心地も悪くないです！ 夏場は半袖にジャケットだけで充分かな！

デザインが気に入ったので購入しました。 もう少し薄手であれば最高ですが、これ以上薄くしたら型が崩れる可能性もあるよね。

撥水加工された薄手の生地でMA1タイプのブルゾンというのはとても斬新で大変気に入りました。日常使いの機会が増えそうです。
