フレンチプロレタリアの作業着として、フレンチワークは19世紀頃に初めて登場しました。ちょうど産業革命の時期なので、炭鉱で働く人たちには破れない作業着が必要で、「BLEU DE TRAVAIL」が誕生しました。
―DESIGN＆SILHOUETTE―
一番原始的なデザインは三つポケット式で、襟元はオープンカラー仕様で、首周りの締め付けがなく快適に着用できる。
凹凸とした独特の風合いが奥行き感を演出し、こだわり作りこまれたしっかりとしたインナーにはポケット付。
定番の袖元のボタン。普段使いにはもちろん、ビジネスシーンにも使ってもらえる。
高級の手織りのウール混ツイード素材を贅沢に使い、クラシックな雰囲気を持ち合わせるざっくりとした生地は、軽量で絶妙なツイルとカラーの高級感溢れるデザインです。

表面は青・黄・緑・白などの多色撚りの糸をベースにウール混の厚みのある上質なツイード生地を使用。ウール85％×ナイロン15％の混率で軽くて暖かみのあるパイル素材、型崩れしにくく上品に着こなせます。
裏面はコットンタフタを使用し、丈夫さと暖かさを併せ持った質感が特徴で、吸水性・伸縮性の優れた。着心地と耐久性は言わずもがな、ふわふわとした肌触りで最高の快適性を提供。

無地のインナーと組み合わせれば自然とこなれ感を高めます。きれいめスタイルにはもちろん、カジュアルなボトムスに合わせても、ぐっとトラッドに。小物との相性も非常に良く、トートバックやバケットハットとのコーディネートが定番です。
